Recent reports have stated that only 1 out of 5 businesses are confident that they are going to have a good year this year and this is obviously still do to with the recession.
The recession does seem to be on the mend but there are still many certain places and in fact sectors that are in trouble, the biggest being business. So many banks are still refusing to lend and this is a big reason behind businesses not doing too well. This is not only causing problems for businesses that need a bit more money before they can start seeing the profits rise but means that there are hardly any businesses starting up anymore.
People are finding it very hard indeed to start up a company because the banks are not lending out at all. With only 1 out of 5 businesses operating in the way they should be, how are the good ones managing?
Well many web-based companies are doing very well indeed seeing a rise in profits rather than a fall and this is for several reasons. So many companies out there are actually out sourcing their printing and mail sending this of course means they are saving money. Colour laser printing and mail room services are just two of the options that many companies like to take. The alternative is of course email and many companies simply send out emails as they are cheaper and easier to do.
Just one of the reasons that many businesses do not have confidence is because the banks are demanding that they pay back loans as quick as possible simply because they are in trouble. The fact is that if your business does not have a good enough confidence level, it will fall, there is no doubt about it.
