However, you would need to remember that in order to build a profitable business, you would need to start hiring when you have a solid plan on how you can earn the money to pay for your staff.
After you have your staff in place, you would need to put systems in place to make sure that all jobs are getting done well every single time for each and every one of your clients. The same thing can be said with all types of lifestyle business ideas that you are starting. Do not expect however, that the system will go smoothly the first time; there would be glitches and bumps during the first few months or so and you would need to make changes in the system along the way and this is normal; a business would need to undergo quite a number of revisions in its systems before all the gears work.
