Diet Of Football Players

Many people want to know what football players eat to stay fit and healthy. All the fancy and posh tableware they have in their kitchen, do they ever get used or do they have their own butler to do the cooking for them? Their salary is probably the biggest out of all sports, from clubs and endorcements. There are some footballers who like to cook for themselves but what do the once do who have no clue how to make any types of food?

 

Every single football player has to eat healthy food to stay fit. They workout hard in the field and the gym so their body need food fuel. Al parts of body will require food after hard football training. To heal micro tears from execise the body needs combination of vitamins, proteins, minerals and fat.

 

Most football players eat seafood and drink protein shakes after heavy workout at the gym or after football training. Seafood such as salmon provides protein to the body which repairs ligaments, bones and tendons. After a run it also helps rebuild muscles. In regards to the meat, white meat provides more protein for the body than the red meat.

 

Nutritionists advise footballers to have some carbohydrates too along with protein, as just protein is not good for the body. Human body needs to consume some carbs and fat. Not a lot is required roasted peanuts have some fat, you can eat them in the afternoon everyday to consume some fat.

 

Football players to be honest can afford to eat out every day so I am not sure if they need to worry about their daily diet. Most of them have strict diet plan to eat the same food or similar type of food during evening, afternoon and morning. Football players such as David Beckham, Zinedine Zidane and Robbie Fowler love cooking and have their own diet. Them three have huge kitchen at their premises and all types of kitchen accessories needed for cooking.

 

Football players are not allowed to drink too much beer so they probably don’t have beer glasses at their homes.
