My Secret Way to Workout with the Medicine Ball

Below you are going to read some really good ways to work your abs. The exercises I’m going to tell you about use the medicine ball. These will help you lose 20 pounds.

Because some office people might develop back problems ,I’m going to modify this so you don’t have to do the situp and crunch.There’s nothing to be concerned about here because all the exercises are still going to be good on your abdominals, they will just these up on your lower back.

Those of you who do not have exercise balls can go ahead and try soccer balls instead. The first exercise will be doing the large circle.

The sphere should start at 12 o’clock above your head and then rotated in a full circular motion.

Make this happen for 10 reps before reversing your direction.Woodchoppers are going to be the next exercise.
Get the ball in front of you and then swing it straight vertically as you squat. You need to do this 20 times.

With the wood chopping done, you can do some golf squats and chops. A weight loss forum might tell you more.

You do this starting with the basketball up by your ear and then bring it down forward to your ankle on the opposing side.Twist at the hips and raise your opposing leg while returning the med-ball to starting position. Do this for 10 repetitions on each side.

Next I want to tell you about the squatting press. You do this with the ball in front of you, squatting down and then as you power of raise the ball overhead. Then when you go back to the squatting position bring the ball with you. Do 10 reps of this.

Do some planks and rollouts for the next section of this routine. Put your elbows on the fitness sphere, and roll it forward and backward while you are in push-up position do this 20 times.

These exercises can lead to rapid weight loss.
